Return, Refund, Lost or Damaged Goods Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, including any shrink-wrapped items.



Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you via email on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.



Return Shipping


Original shipping costs are non refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Received Damaged

Due to current events such as COVID-19, shipping times are no longer guaranteed by USPS or UPS. Once we surrender your package to the shipping company, we are no longer able to change the shipping address or control shipping speed. If your order is returned to us for an inaccurate shipping address, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges to resend your order.

International orders are taking a minimum of 6-8 weeks for delivery. We HIGHLY suggest upgrading international shipping to Priority which will include insurance for lost parcels. We have NO influence with US or international customs nor can we contact them. We are not responsible for VAT or any additional taxes or tariffs your country imposes. We are not responsible for lost international packages, nor are we offering courtesy replacements for lost orders at this time. If an international order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges to resend your order.
